The Rolex Milguass was introduced by Rolex in 1956 with the reference 6451. The Milguass was designed and produced by Rolex with one goal in mind, to make the most anti-magnetic watch in the world. It was geared for people working in medical facilities power plants and research labs where normal watch would go haywire with strong magnetic fields. The movement of the watch is encased in a Faraday cage. The current Milguass can withstand up to 1,000 gauss.
